Community primary care
Essential medical attention delivered with dignity, compassion, and local context.
Community care · Quito, Ecuador
We bring free primary care, medication, and health education directly to communities, while creating supervised global health learning experiences rooted in service.
Why we are here
Health care is often hardest to reach for the people who need it most. Wellness Without Borders works alongside rural and urban communities in Ecuador to bring practical, respectful primary care closer to home.
Medical attention and needed medication are provided at no cost to the communities we serve.
Prevention, education, and partnership where people live.

Community medical brigades
Brigades give healthcare students a structured way to support community-based care while learning from licensed clinicians, local partners, and the people they serve.
